At El Darweesh, we are committed to delivering exceptional handcrafted products. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please review our refund policy below:

Customized Products

  • Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their tailored nature.
  • If an order is canceled after production has started, 50% of the deposit will be retained to cover production costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that an item is received damaged or defective, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order and must include photographic evidence to validate the issue.
  • If the claim is approved, El Darweesh will cover all return shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within FOURTEEN days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The bag must be packaged in the same wrapping it was received in.
  • After packaging, the bag should be hung in a high place, ensuring nothing is placed above or below it to prevent damage.
  • If these conditions are met, the courier will collect the bag, and it will be returned to our warehouse for inspection.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after inspection.
  • If the conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return. The item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged for the shipping cost.

Change of Preference (Non-Defective/Non-Damaged Items)

  • Once an order has been accepted and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund unless it is damaged or defective.
