Since all our products are handcrafted with great attention to detail, each order is made specifically for you. To confirm your order, a down payment is required to ensure the seriousness of the purchase and initiate the production process.

Order Processing Time

Orders take between 5 to 14 days to be completed, depending on the design and production complexity. Custom orders with unique designs may require additional time due to the extra design and craftsmanship effort involved.

Custom Orders & Unique Designs

Custom orders that involve new designs or modifications require additional time for conceptualization, design, and production compared to ready-made products that our artisans are already trained to create. Due to the extra effort and time involved, custom orders may have higher costs.
